As our client base has grown, our responsibilities for them have grown. In 1994 The Goldman Group began exhibit management for the Academy of General Dentistry. The Academy of General Dentistry Annual Meeting was a meeting of some 90 booths. In 1996, only one year after our management, this meeting was rated by Tradeshow Week as the "fastest growing tradeshow in the entire medical industry."

At its peak the meeting had more than 290 exhibits and thanks to our efforts, two of the other meetings we have managed are the American Association of School Librarians Meeting and the Association of College and Research Librarians.

The Goldman Group designs meetings and exhibit halls that companies want to be a part of. Our company representatives attend dozens of meetings a year and are able to extract useful ideas and traffic building techniques that fit into the meetings that we currently manage. The associations we represent have found our experience and ideas to be a tremendous asset in their meeting planning.

In addition to exhibit sales we provide association clients with site selection,marketing and advertising plans, education and registration strategies. We also negotiate the contracts regarding the general contractor, security and any other service our client may need. Since we represent a number of meetings we can package meetings to save our clients thousands of dollars annually.

Survey says... At the close of every meeting we manage, the exhibitors are asked to complete a survey. Over 95% rate our company as an excellent service provider.
